We will all miss Peter very much. When we visited Tony & Pam, Peter would talk about the old days about my mum and dad. He would tell us stories of when they were younger and what they used to get up to. He was such a lovely, kind and generous man. He will always be in my hearts. You don't get many Pete Fields to the pound. Always "up for it" in modern parlance Pete was the best of company. We would love to have been part of all of his life but, in his younger days, we probably wouldn't have been able to keep up with him. Always remembered with a smile and strong handshake.
