Andy passed away at North Devon Hospice, Barnstaple, in early October.

He is sadly missed by all. We are grateful for the kindness, love and support of our friends and family who have rallied around us wonderfully.

We would also like to thank the amazing work of the team at the North Devon Hospice who provided comfort and dignity to Andy in his final days. To reflect our gratitude we would request any money, which might have been spent on flowers, instead to be donated to North Devon Hospice, using the link on this page or by contacting Braddicks & Sherborne, 20&21 St Brannocks Road, Ilfracombe, Devon, EX34 8EQ 01271 865222 .

Andy, I was really saddened to hear of your passing, I won’t forget our random afternoon chats on concept art, films and Star Wars the last time we worked together.

Your wit and humour always shone through, rest in peace buddy.

Andy, I know wherever you are right now the force will be with you. Thank you for all your hard work and your attention to detail. The work you provided was always of a high standard, as was your knowledge, wit and humour particularly regarding all things Star Wars. I will always have fond memories of stopping by your desk and exchanging Star Wars quotes and general chit chat... A true Jedi.

HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT

There’s so much that we miss, now you are gone.
And, much that you gave us will always live on.
The fun in your voice, your dry wit, your quick smile.
Your easy, relaxed, and reassuring style.

A talented artist, with a technical gift.
‘Vorsprung DurchTechnik’, was always high on your list.
But your eye for a curve, and your attention to detail.
Meant ‘respect’ for your Z4, but ‘love’ for your Beetle!

You left us so quickly, but we understand.
Youv’e been hiding in plain sight, all of this time.
The next Star Wars fighter needs a new 3-D plan.
Your skills and experience, prove you’re just the right man.

But do us a favour, so we know that you are near.
When no-one is looking, and the clouds have all cleared.
When the stars shine bright, and it’s a jet black night.
Give us a flypast …… young Jedi Knight.

We all miss you Andy.

Andy, there are many things that people strive to be in life- but the one most valued, is being a good person with a good heart...and that was you.
You made the people around you happy. They knew they were loved.
They knew you cared about them and thought about them.
You made people laugh, you used humour to lift the spirits of those around you.
You taught people things, took time to share your passions.
You loved.
In return, you were and are very much loved.
I will miss you, very very much!
Love you Andy x
