I miss you. I went to try and find your dads grave today but I couldn’t manage. I guess I wanted to me vicariously near you. I love you. I will try again.

So sorry to see the passing of a scholar and a fellow Dubliner who showed me such friendship and kindness when I moved to England over 20 years ago. A mighty man. Slán a chara.

Always caring for patients and colleagues. One day Ted came into the OT kitchen, he watched the patients and I make a mess of pancakes. Then, with a mischievous smile, he steps forward and created the last and perfect one. The room was full of joy and laughter. Thank you Ted.

As a child I used to watch a cartoon called "Super-Ted". It always reminded me of my uncle in Nottingham because you where the only person I knew back then called Ted. In my young mind the cartoon should have been called "Uncle-Ted", but i think its fair to say you where "super" so in hindsight the cartoon was aptly named. R.I.P "Uncle/Super-Ted".
