In loving memory of Jake Cahill who sadly passed away on 14th September 2020 aged 16 years old.
He is such a loving, caring son to his mum Roz, a loving brother to Kieran, and Zella his beloved dog, wherever Jake went Zella went. Kev & family, Loved so much by his grandparents, Granny Sue & Mike, Grandad Alan & Suzie, Great-Grandma & Terry, Auntie Karen, Auntie Ang, Uncle Paul, Uncle Andy, his cousins, Nathan, Kayley, Megan, Alisha, Jayden and all his friends.
Jake loved football, he played for St Day from the age of 4 until about 14.. was a proud Stoke City supporter, he was always the happiest when he was kicking a football around. Always the class comedian at school, and always put smiles on everyone's faces, his mum is so proud of everything he achieved and did.
We miss you so much Jakey..
Due to the restrictions placed upon us all by the Covid-19 Pandemic we are just having close family and friends at the Funeral.
