In loving memory of David John Brown who sadly passed away on 7th September 2020

Chris and Clare Jones donated £20 in memory of David

So sad to hear of David's death. He was a good friend and neighbour of all who lived near him in York street. He helped us on several occasions. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Dave was a fantastic neighbour in York Street. Sociable, caring, hugely helpful, funny, kind and cheeky. One in a million. We will miss him.
Rest peacefully up there.
Love, Rebecca and David xx

I was very shocked and saddened to hear the very sad news, of David's passing, yesterday. He was such a character, had an anarchic and wonderful sense of humour and teased me a lot! He also came to my rescue, on so many occasions i.e. when my car wouldn't start, I couldn't open the bonnet to fill up windscreen washer or antifreeze etc. He was one of a kind and will be sorely missed.

My condolences to all of those who loved him.

David has been such a good neighbour. I have lived in York Street for 33 years and he has always been so helpful and willing to help me whenever I have been struggling and needing advice.
I will miss seeing him leaning over the gate watching the world go by and saying a cheery "Good Morning". God bless and R.I.P
