I am so sorry to lose my cousin so soon after the loss of his brother. He was independent, strong minded, enjoyed nature had an interest in military aeroplanes especially Spitfires. At only 66 he was still in employment, striving to gain fitness and enjoying rambles sometimes three or four times a week with his group of close friends, so it is so sad he has had to leave us when he was in a very happy and settled time of his life.
Rest in peace Chris I will miss you .

In 1953, I was fifteen years old. My sister Dorothy came to look after me, and I remember Christopher being born. My lovely dog Lassie made a fuss of my new nephew as a baby! Over the years, we visited my sister, Eric and the boys, in Coventry and later in Mansfield. Chris came to all our large fanily parties, and we stayed in touch after my sister Dorothy sadly passed away. Chris will stay in our hearts forever.

Chris loved coming to our family parties. This one is of my 80th birthday two years ago with my daughter Karen and her son Luke.
