In loving memory of Robert Cunningham 'Bob' who sadly passed away on 14th August 2020

Bob (or Roberto on the odd Friday night) was a Very Special man, a super, loving, caring Dad to his 4 children with his first wife.

Bob was proud of and enjoyed being with all of his Grandchildren.....he would always remark to me how all their good looks "came from him" :))

My Husband and also MY Best Mate will remain the most amazing man to be with at work or at home - a Truly Talented individual in the skills of Aircraft Sheet Metal Work Especially in the art of Wheeling, it has been my Honour and Privilege to observe such remarkable work being produced by one man and with such speed, Bob really was a "Can Do Person", no job Ever "Beat" him.....but that is only one facet of Robert.....work time was the funniest part of the day, always wise cracking, silly faces, when a Golden Oldie song came over the radio tools would be downed and off we would go for a jig around the workshop singing and laughing all the while, if it was a Rock and Roll song Bob would say "STOP LEADING SIMMY!"so many wonderful times even up to two years ago.

We all know how much Pleasure and enjoyment Bob had playing Golf with his Family, John, George, Norm, Cliff and other friends, he loved the Golf Holidays, the Club Championships - he got a Buzz from any round of Golf.

Bobby was great fun at home too, although, even when I would remind him he didn't need to be the boss he would say to me " It's not all about you Simmy" :)) We loved to cook, I would prep and Bob would bring the dish together, tasting frequently, white wine was on hand to cleanse the palate! Bobby really enjoyed our Garden, Bob and I would pick the plant and decide the spot for it, of late, Bob got an Immense amount of pleasure from being in the garden watching the wildlife and enjoying the sun's rays, many many times over the last five months whilst we sat there Bob would say "This Garden is B....y Lovely" - I want to indulge in my loss, but I can not, my Heart is a Treasure Trove of Thousands of wonderful, clever, special, loving and fun moments - Bob has given so many of us so much to Cherish.
What an Outstanding Individual.... The Man is a Legend!

I believe that Bob is now Flying Free with Good vision, a Clear mind and having Great times with his best mate George and no doubt honing his Golf game.... ready to put the money down to Anyone who wants to Step up to the Tee and take Him on :))))

I am so proud of Robert and proud to have been his Wife.

I may add more later, I feel as if I have had my Right arm cut off but don't be concerned about me because, I had the Love of Robert Cunningham - and I ADORED That Man....so let us all celebrate - that we all Held and Have a place with Him - WE ARE THE LUCKY ONES XX

What a genuinely kind and friendly man Bob was. On first meeting him, his warmth shone through and he very quickly had me laughing. He was such an easy man to get along with and his happy grin never failed to draw a smile from me! Love to you Auntie Simone, I’m glad you found each other xxxxxx

Our Lovely Neighbours and Friends Barby & Roy have asked me to put this message onto Bob's page:
CUNNINGHAM ROBERT, AFFECTIONATELY KNOWN TO US AS BOB;

FOR MANY YEARS A VERY AMIABLE, AND VERY FRIENDLY NEIGHBOUR AND FRIEND.
WE ENJOYED MANY A GET TOGETHER HAVING MEALS, AND DRINKS, AT LOCAL RESTAURANTS, AND PUBS USUALLY THE EVENINGS WOULD END IN SOME SORT OF EXAGGERATED FUN AND BANTER - THESE MEMORIES WE WILL PONDER FOR MANY YEARS WITH A LARGE SMILE ON OUR FACES.

WE RESPECT THAT IN ALL THE YEARS WE HAVE LIVED NEXT DOOR TO SIMONE AND BOB, NEVER A SUGGESTION OF A CROSS WORD, ITS BEEN A PLEASURE HAVING THEM AS NEIGHBOURS .

WE WILL MISS BOB.

GOD BLESS BOB. LOVE ALWAYS -

BARB AND ROY.
