In loving memory of Gordon John Croft who sadly passed away on 3rd August 2020
A most gentle man, loved by all who knew him.
Dad was a great advisor, role model, devoted Husband, father and Grandad.
Julia- “ to me, he was my rock, my hero. We were so close. He taught me many great lessons and to have a strong work ethic- 30 years of service in the NHS so far, I think he succeeded. He was my guide in everything, gave the best advice and he stepped up to be the biggest male influence in my daughters lives too. As a child he supported all of my sporting activities and watched every swimming gala. Everything I have achieved was to make him proud, I hope I continue to do so”

During this time of Covid-19, the funeral numbers are restricted. Invitations will be sent by Rosemary.

Gordon was a thorough gentleman and a good friend whom I was privileged to meet some forty years ago. My wife Sally and I were saddened to hear of his demise
when Rosemary gave us the news. Although we had not met up for some time, our
telephone conversations reminiscing by-gone days were quite interesting and hilarious at times.
I shall certainly miss his quiet yet telling manner.
