In loving memory of Jan Lezar who sadly passed away on 25th July 2020 at St Andrews Hospice aged 72Years. Jan was a loving husband to Marie, father to Jade and Jan Peter, loving grandfather to Jan Gabriel, Brother to Rica, uncle to Tony and a great friend to many.
Due to covid 19 restrictions, the service is limted to family only, but feel free to use this obituary to leave a message of condolence to the family or light a candle in honour of Jan's life.
