Dad it was your birthday on the 7th September - You would have been 85 with us.
Instead you had your first birthday in Heaven with Granny, Grandad and all.

We miss you so much and look forward to the day we celebrate in Heaven with you too. ( when I am about 85)

Love you and miss you lots

Dad, yesterday was a month without you. It hurts so much knowing we can’t sit and have a cup of tea but we are also enriched with amazing memories with you as a family. Something i will treasure till we meet again.

I miss not hearing your voice when I call you Dad, or when you are wanting to know something you say “Anne tell me something”

Thinking of you all. Craig was ana amazing man and I will never forget watching him carrying a large concrete post when we visited in Durban . This would be 13 years ago but he was lifting something neither me nor Monty would have looked at and he was 30 years older than us. He was amazing and always busy. He will he missed

We loved having Craigie as a dear friend, he was always so cheerful and happy. Will always remember going on two cruises with Craigie and Jean, his first port of call was down to the engine room to talk to the engineers. He found out all about the ship. Wonderful memories. You will always be in our thoughts. Thank you for being a friend.

Dad, you were my inspiration in life and always there guiding us.
It hurts to bear the thought that you are not going to be here for me to call, walk in the room or fix something that’s broken or even pack things away “your way”.
I know you are at peace and will miss you everyday.
Love you and thank you for being an amazing Dad - See you one day again.

  • Hi Anne, We were really sorry to hear about your dad. Please pass our love on to your mum. We had such a great time with them when they came to Sydney. Your dad used to work on our farm at West Mey when I was a child and your mum lived at Harrow. Craigie welded my caravan when they were with us in Oz. Fond memories. Keith & Ann ...Sydney, Aust.
