In loving memory of Jessica Francesca Heanaghan who sadly passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on 20th June 2020 at home.
Jess was a fun loving young lady who faced many battles in her short time , and fought everything head on.
Never has there been a braver stronger individual and yet the kindest soul anyone could meet.
Jess touched so many people in her time and left irremovable memories with so many.
She will be dearly and deeply missed by her family and friends but will live strong in so many peoples memories.

It is with great sadness that we write this message to Jess and her family. From all of your transplant family here at the Queen Elizabeth, I can only express what a loss this must be all who truly knew Jess.
Jess was an absolute joy to look after.
From the first moment of meeting her in her outpatient appointment and seeing her strength of character in being the kind of positive person who takes on whatever hardship life throws at her with a smile on her face, she is a true inspiration to us all.
Everyone here in the transplant service was so upset at the sudden passing of Jessica as she was a model patient and a real pleasure to meet.
Everyone here has such kind words to say about her and that it is a true reflection of how kind and sweet she was. (I genuinely mean it when I say I wouldn't have brought an Easter egg in for any of our other patients! Only Jess!)
I wish we could have attended Jessica's funeral and I truly hope she got the send off she deserved.

Jess was my best friend but ultimately felt like my sister. We spoke nearly everyday, made each other laugh constantly and whenever something was up she would always know how to cheer me up... she will always be in my heart ❤ Miss you loads Jess ❤
