KEN WAS A LOVELY MAN WHO COULD LIGHT UP A ROOM WITH HIS KIND SMILE HE WILL BE SORELY MISSED. RUTH WAS KEN AND ANDREA'S BRIDESMAID AT THEIR WEDDING IN JUNE 1968 . DAVID AND RUTH KEPT IN TOUCH OVER THE YEARS. KEN LOVED HIS FAMILY AND THE CHRISTIAN FAITH THEY SHARED, GAVE KEN AND ANDREA GREAT COMFORT OVER THEIR MARRIED YEARS TOGETHER.

We knew Ken and Andrea at Christ Church New Malden and so glad we have been able to get to know them both well at Emmanuel. Ken was a great prayer warrior and organiser, with a great wit and gentle humour. We will miss him greatly and send our love to Andrea, Ian and family.

Such a very dear friend and brother in Jesus who’s smiley face and loving care is so greatly missed but we know he is fully restored and relishing in the glory of being with our Lord. He & I (Teresa) share 4 October as our birthdate and as we have done together for several years , I will continue particularly think of Ken as I celebrate our birthday!

Like so many at St Leonard's church (where Ian, Lisa, Bailey and Paige worship, we have been massively inspired by Ken's and Andrea's faith as we have shared the journey of his illness. What great witnesses for Jesus right to the end - and even in the service booklet, encouraging those who don't share our faith to find out more. What celebrations in heaven there must be a life so well lived.
