In loving memory of Anne Neville who sadly passed away on 24th June 2020.
We will always remember her as a kind, happy soul who always saw the good in everyone.
Anne was a kind mother to James, a loving Grandmother to her three Grandchildren, and a dear friend to many from Lingfield and Redcar.
Anne was a pillar of the Lingfield community; her commitment to the local church & choir and the Women's fellowship were testament to that. She will be missed by everyone there.
Sadly, Anne has been struggling with Dementia for many months, which had accelerated very quickly.
She passed away peacefully in her care home, where she was equally loved by the many staff and residents alike.
We are asking that friends and family make donations to the Alzheimer's society, a link to which is provided here.

Aunt Anne will be so sadly missed. She was like a second mum to me when I lived in the UK and I have such happy and fond memories of long lunches in Lingfield, walks in the countryside and shopping expeditions in the surrounding villages. I loved nothing more than lazy Sundays on the couch with Anne and Dennis watching the telly.
I was so very touched when Anne made the journey to attend my wedding in Cape Town. We had such fun doing all the decorations the day before and visiting afterwards. On this trip, Anne taught me to make Yorkshire puddings and her recipe has a very special place in my recipe book.
I’ll be lighting a candle in SA on the 8th at the time of the funeral and remembering such fun and happy times.

Hi James and family - I didn't realise that you were no longer on FB when I sent you a message after Debs told me of your Mother's passing. As I said then, I fondly recall your Mother in Lingfield - she was always trying to get me to join one of her groups, for which she will be much remembered.
