In loving memory of Teresa Kathleen Hadfield who sadly passed away peacefully at home on 10th June 2020, aged 92 years.
A dearly loved and cherished mother to Vanessa Anderson and Michael Hadfield.
Due to the current circumstances a private funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Friday 26th June 2020.
