I will always remember Christine, an amazing lady . She will always be in my thoughts and the memories we had over the years. We all enjoyed meeting up at the Old Brickworks in Leeds for many years having a laugh and discussing so many things. I will never forget the time Christine was so drunk in tenerife (how much Bailey's did she drink!!) and Darren having to carry her home and still managed to be up and about the next day. What a lady. Taken too soon, sadly missed but never forgotten.

Will never forget how Christine came at a moments notice and supported me throughout the birth of Olivia. She was truly amazing. She was such a kind, warm hearted person who would do anything for anybody, nothing was too much trouble. Will be missed xxxxx

I wish I could of brought Mason round to see you more, you were always the first to like or comment on any pictures I posted of him especially on instagram! I knew Christine & Darren when they came to my kettlebell classes. She was always so positive and a bright light in the room and was never scared of a challenge, whether it be using a heavier kettlebell to push herself in class (and compete with Joanne!) or signing up for a 30 day challenge. To Darren and the rest of the family, my sincerest condolences, words cannot express how missed she will be, but she’ll always be with you in your hearts. Love from Holland, Kelly x

One key memory is when Christine did the Wetherby to Filey bike ride . She insisted on cycling on her own so she wouldn’t feel under pressure to ride at the same pace as Darren and my husband Andrew . It was a cold wet and windy day and I drove over to meet them and bring them back home . Christine finished the ride which was amazing given she cycled it alone and in awful conditions but she was freezing and exhausted when she got back so I had a hot drink and some mars bars ready for her . The four of us then went for fish and chips before driving home . It’s a lovely memory . Christine was always prepared to give things a go and once she made up her mind to do something she would always see it through . We also remember that lovely hearty laugh she had when something amused her and her taste for Malibu which we still have in our cupboard which was bought for Christine when she came to dinner in December . She was a truly lovely person who never had a bad word to say about anyone, totally committed to her family and her doggies . She will be deeply missed . All my love to Darren , Nathan and Steph and to Christine’s family too xxxxx
