A great friend for over 50 years. Happy memories of lovely times spent with him and Doreen over the years.
Rest in peace Geoff, reunited with his beloved Doreen.

Genuinely one of the nicest, friendliest and funniest people I have known and always very supportive and encouraging to me. He had an uncanny ability to get on well with people of all ages. It was impossible to not like him.

I always remember as a young child asking him quite innocently “why have you got a big nose?!” Thankfully he saw the funny side as he and the rest of the room erupted in laughter whilst I remained oblivious as to why people were laughing..

Reunited with Doreen now. Heaven’s gain is Earth’s loss. Rest in Peace Uncle Geoff.

I was very sad to learn of your passing just today. My son and I always looked forward to waving at you and your wife on our way to nursery (and then school), the cheerful chats whilst you were gardening and how you remembered the small things like how much he loved dinasaurs. You always smiled and were such a gentleman. Thank you for being a wonderful neighbour. We will miss you greatly. Rest in peace.

Our lovely Uncle Geoff - one of the sweetest people we've ever had the privilege to know. We already miss his cheeky jokes, knowing smile and that wonderful laugh. We think of him with every pink flower we see. One of life's absolute gems.

Sending all our love and strength,
Lizzie, Myles & Rose

Geoff was a kind, caring, thoughtful, interesting and generous man. He had a great sense of humour, enjoyed music, dancing and was passionate about gardening. He was devoted to his wife Doreen and a wonderful family man. We, the wider family feel that it has been a privilege to have spent many happy hours together with this truly special man. He will be sadly missed. Martin, Alan, Margaret and all our families.
