In loving memory of Charlotte Bethany Cooper who sadly passed away on Monday 18th May 2020 aged 25 years.

Charlotte was born on 2nd November 1994 in All Saints Hospital, Chatham to her parents Elizabeth Farrell and Steven Cooper. Not long after she was joined by her sister Catalina, brother Max and younger brother Liam.

Charlotte was an intelligent, sweet and witty child who grew into a kind, generous, loving young woman. Always showing great love to her parents and siblings putting their needs above her own. She had a passion for stage shows, low budget horror movies, music and of course her internet shopping! A bubbly sarcastic and sassy young woman who was equally kind and loved dearly by her close friends and family.

At age 19 Charlotte became a mother to Delilah Farrell, fiercely independent her life was dedicated to ensuring Delilah's happiness, ensuring she was cared for and loved unconditionally and we see that in Delilah every day. Her care of Delilah was what you would expect of any devoted mother, but perhaps more so when it came to dealing with Delilah's chronic eczema and subsequent sleepless nights because of it, Charlotte also suffered from this as a child and knew only too well how best to care for Delilah’s needs.

Charlotte spent the last 18 months of her life living with the diagnosis of stage 4 malignant melanoma. A devastating shock to her and her family, yet throughout this time she refused to let it define her, never giving up with her fierce, stubborn spirit and a very dark sense of humour all of which helped her get through the tougher times of this unforgiving disease. An amazingly strong, young woman to the end showing endless love and generosity to her family.

Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Delilah Farrell, parents, Elizabeth Farrell and Steven Cooper her siblings Catalina, Max and Liam, her grandparents as well as many aunts and uncles, cousins and her very beloved niece, Daisy-Mae Cook.

Donations can be made in Charlotte's memory for the following two charities 'Melanoma UK' & 'The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity' and can be made on-line via this page

Charlotte - I remember you most as a sassy blonde whirlwind who equalled my daughter in energy, imagination and determination- I didn’t think that was possible but there you two were, your mum and I would listen to the singing and squeals of laughter coming from your room as you, Kitty and Ashley took on the world in one way or another, usually in the form of making Max, your beautiful muse into a princess or something equally as bold, the occasional flying visit ensued as you all pranced by us in feather boa’s and glitter gloss, did a little performance and then let us know, that this is the perfect time for Mother’s to make you all snacks.. and then you’d disappear again in fits and giggles... I’ll remember your laugh the most and keep it in my heart - You’re gone way too soon Charlotte - this world is a better place for having known you and I feel lucky to have been someone who watched you grow from a tiny girl into a sassy Young lady x sleep well Dear Charlotte, you will never be forgotten x
