The death occurred peacefully at Park House Court Nursing Home, Tenby on Friday 15th May of Mrs Sally Davis aged 72 years, formerly of Hawkstone Road, Pembroke Dock.
Sally will be sadly missed by her family and many friends.
A private funeral service will take place at Tenby New Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Sally will be for The H.O.P.E. MS Therapy Centre, Neyland.
