In loving memory of Royston William Eade who sadly passed away on 4th May 2020

Dad will be massively missed by his family. His Daughter Joanne, Grandson Ben both who loved him very much. His brother Colin and sister Pauline.

Roy was a real character, always busy, if he wasn’t working, even when he retired, he would be building or making something. Wether it be as a favour to someone, renovating the house or teaching his grandson Ben practical skills. Dad had worked hard all his life from the paper mills to becoming an instrument engineer which took him all over the country and Guernsey. He made many friends whilst doing his work and people still speak so highly of his kindness and generosity. Nothing was ever to much trouble, he will be missed by many.

For those that we are able to invite to attend to remember Roy, the service will be on Tuesday 2nd June at midday at Medway Crematorium, Robin Hood Lane, Blue Bell Hill, Chatham. ME5 9QU. Please feel free to wear bright colours. We ask for Family flowers only please, a link to our chosen charities is attached.

Please note that due to the current situation - only invited guests are able to join the service. However an online virtual link will be made available to watch the service.

This was dad's chosen charity. His father, my grandad was a prisoner of war and received lots of support. x x

These guys did an amazing job for my dad. The care and surgery they provided was amazing. Dad agreed to take part in research whilst there so we hope to continue hope for others in the future. Love you always Dad x x
