Uncle John, you were one in a million! Always making us laugh, giving us big hugs and sharing your worldly advice with us. Family get togethers won't be quite the same without you but you have provided us with so many happy memories and I will always remember you with a smile! You will be greatly missed but never, ever forgotten. All my love Angela xxx

We have so many happy memories of time spent with John. He always had a story to tell and we were always smiling when we were with him. He was always so positive and looking forward to the future. We will miss his smile, his hugs, hand shakes and words of encouragement when times were tough. A very special friend and we were so lucky he was part of our lives. John will live on in our hearts.
Our love and best wishes go out to Lynn, Julia, Andy and Amy at this difficult time.

We enjoyed the banter & many laughs during are pub lunches with John, Lynn, Julia, Andy and beautiful Amy. It was always a highlight for us. We loved hearing about the many holdiay adventures the family enjoyed together. John was never happier than when he was with he beloved family. He was so proud and lived evry day for them.
John was a good friend to all and will be very sadly missed - the sky hs gained a shining star xxx
