Lilian Joan Blacklock formerly of Mendlesham passed away peacefully on April 22, 2020 in Hazell Court Care Home, Sudbury, aged 99 years. Many thanks to all the staff who cared for her. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. A private funeral service will take place at West Suffolk Crematorium on Tuesday May 5, 2020. I've known Lilian all my life because she and my Mum, Vera, were best friends since aged 14 - 85 years of friendship. Lilian was a very special lady, full of fun and and the best friend anyone could ever hope for. It's been a privilege and honour to know her and have her in our lives.
