Promoted To Glory on 7th April 2020 Aged 86 years.
Peter will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his loving family and friends.
Sadly due to the current climate a Private Funeral Service for immediate family only will be held but you can join online from home too.
A Celebration of Peter’s Life will be held at an open memorial service at a later date when restrictions allow.
The family would like to thank all for their kind messages of condolence at this very sad time.

Goodbye Grandad, aka Pete, Grandad Dragon.
Today is your final journey to rest, after passing 3 weeks ago, 86yrs young. A loving caring man, always smiling, Father to 11, Grandad to 14, Great Grandad to 6.
Today is hard on alot of us, not being able to come together to say goodbye, but you will always be in our hearts and memories. Your life will be celebrated together as a whole family once we can be together.

To my wonderful Uncle Peter, I say thank you for all the happiness you brought into my life especially when I was young. I think of you as always smiling or laughing, full of love and care for your family, a fabulous big brother to mum, Pat and John, and so proud of your mum, our gorgeous Nanna Wood who clearly did a great parenting job on all of you four!
You were generous, good fun, always welcoming and kind. I'm sorry you're gone, and I send love to Cathie and all my lovely cousins who are feeling the loss so deeply. Much love, Uncle Peter. May you rest in peace 🙏🏼💛
