In loving memory of Hannah Amy Swift who sadly passed away on 25th March 2020 aged 20 years.
In Hannah's short life she touched so many hearts and any memories of Hannah you have will be gratefully received.
Hannah had a passion for animals and always wanted to help the homeless, which is why we chose these charities on her behalf. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. Forever young, forever beautiful. xxx

I miss you everyday, never stop shining up there.
You’re an inspiration to everyone, I will miss our laughs, our tears and our chats. I will treasure the times of having sleepovers from when we was little to sleepovers in hospital. I will never forget falling out your wardrobe together 😂 you deserved the best and I hope you can finally get it up there, I know you’re looking down on us thinking we’re all sops and we need to stop crying.
