  • We met Roy at Gatwick airport , on the way back from Lanzorote, such a gentleman , helping people with buggies and chatting . we walked wih him to baggage claim. he made a fuss of my grandson , aged four at the time . made comming home from holiday more memorable. THANKS ROY
