So saddened to learn of Jack's passing. I will always remember listening to him playing boogiewoogie on the piano when I used to visit as a youngster in Kirkliston. My thoughts are with you all at this sad time.

Dad fell in love with the country and the people of India when he spent time there during his army service. He would often talk about the street children and how he wished he could help them.

Sending my condolences to you all. Jack was a delight to visit a true gentleman, I very much enjoyed his stories. He will be truly missed by us all here at Bright Care. A little saying from Jack a few weeks ago, "Old soldiers never grow old, they simply fade away".
