On 13th March 2020 Keith lost his battle with prostate cancer and died at home surrounded by family. Keith is lovingly remembered and greatly missed by family and friends. He was a great supporter and confidante for many people and organisations including Christ Church, Milton Next Gravesend, St Georges COFE School, Pottery club, Royal Osteoporosis Society, Soroptimist International, Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway to mention a few.
Keith had an amazing wealth of knowledge and was a sort after team member at any quiz. He also enjoyed sport particularly rugby and cricket, a lifelong supporter of Wasps and Middlesex Cricket club although in later years he also followed Kent Cricket Club with interest.
Keith was very proud of his grandchildren following their achievements and always giving encouragement and support when needed. He particularly enjoyed the Christingle Service held each year with collections from this service going to the Childrens Society. For this reason, he has expressed a wish that any donations in his memory are made to the Childrens Society.
If you would like to make an online donation, please use the link on this page to donate in Keith’s memory. Alternatively, cheques made payable to “The Childrens Society” can be sent to the funeral directors c/o Lewis Solomon Funeral Service, 19 Darnley Road, Gravesend, DA11 0RZ.

Granddad,
We know you can no longer stay with us,
you fought long and hard to be with us.
We know you now watch over and protect us.
Although we cannot hear your voice or see your smiling face,
We know deep down in our hearts that you have not left us.
As times passes our tears will dry,
our hearts will mend,
but our love for you will never end.
