In loving memory of Timothy Mark "Tim" Thorogood who sadly passed away on 14th March 2020

Paddy O'Connor donated £50 in memory of Timothy

Mandy Joby & Family just wanted to say really sorry for your loss.
I loved playing golf with Tim & having a drink with Tim and great back bar conversations. The unknown was great not knowing what he would say, when he had one too many. I will miss his company in the back bar and also on the golf course .

To all of Tim’s family and friends i’m so sorry to hear of your terrible Loss. It’s been a long time since I’ve been in touch with Tim but hearing that he has passed away feels like it was only yesterday he was barking orders to me on the football pitch. Unfortunately sometimes it’s not until someone has gone that you feel just how much you respected that person. There’s no way there ever be another Tim thorogood. I can still hear him now barking orders at me from the dug out. What stuck out for me most was the love for his family and children and he would do anything to protect them.
Rest in peace my freind. Mat.

I will miss your regular calls for help to fix the latest self inflicted mishap
I will miss our regular lunches in Shaftesbury Avenue, was that really a diet?
I will miss you in my office for a cup of tea, all the afternoon
I will miss the never ending bad language, I learnt so many new words
I will miss your views on politics, didn't like to say so different from my own
Above all I will miss you Tim my dear friend, we will meet again. All this made you special to me.

Tim/Toxic I can’t say I knew you well but the mention your name at the golf club always brought a smile to my face mostly because you always seemed to get yourself into funny and difficult situations. When playing golf with you as a partner you were supportive and in opposition you were respectful and I always appreciated that. You will be missed by everyone and my heart goes out to your wife, family and friends for losing you at such an early age. When things get back to normal I and I’m sure everyone will raise our glasses and drink to you and your family to celebrate your life.

Still can’t believe this has happened. I was with Mandy when she first met you at the caravan at New beach, all those years ago. I remember many happy memories of our children growing up and the great holidays. You never minded when we came on your holidays. What a generous man you were. You will be missed tremendously . RIP Tim........ Denise, Colin,Sophie and Olivia. xxxxxxx

Tim aka Mel
You came into my life when you met my sister Mandy aka Madge, when I was 17 years old, Madge met her Mel at the New Beach Holiday Camp and you joined our crazy family. There was never a dull moment with you around, your colourful language and loud voice kept everyone amused.
Life won’t be the same now that your hanging out in heaven instead of with us but your legacy will live on through your beautiful children Jamie, Joff, Tierney and Joby and all your gorgeous grandchildren. Fly high Timmy and let your smile shine down on all of us that love you in these sad times. Hayley, Peter Savannah and Max. Xx

Dad I can’t even begin to say how much we miss you already you had so much more in life to give and it breaks my heart you’ve been taken from us. I can’t even think how life goes on without you but you will live on in us your children and your grandchildren, Everytime my boys do something I wish I could tell you as I know you was so proud of them and loved watching them grow. I hope we did you proud yesterday! Your always be with me and I always look to you for guidance!
