Peacefully on 28th January at Singleton Hospital, Hazel.
Dearly loved wife of the late Angelo, loving mother of Dino, Sue and the late Tina, dear mother-in-law of Barbara, much loved grandmother of Carla, Sarah, Anna and Gina.
Hazel will be dearly missed by her nieces, nephews and by all who knew her.
Funeral Thursday 20th February 11.30am service at Swansea Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations if so desired to the Stroke Association c/o D.G. Attwell Funeral Directors 95 Eaton Road, Brynhyfryd, Swansea SA5 9JH
