In loving memory of Janet Florence Gough who sadly passed away on 22nd January 2020
We will be celebrating the life of our dear Mum and Nana on Monday Feb 3rd at Kingston Crematorium at 12.20pm.
Janet was a truly special lady; she was a wonderful Mum to Nic and Jacqui and the best grandmother to her 6 grandchildren. She was always a joy to be around, with her constant snippets of useful history and knowledge about every subject. She loved life and took whatever life threw at her with strength and a smile. Her love of the arts and literature made her an unbeatable opponent at scrabble, crosswords and quizzes. Her love and commitment to her faith brought her many special friends and always a good debate at Sunday lunch. She was gentle, kind and loyal and always just wanted the best for her family. She will be missed every day but her strong character lives on in all of us.
Please join us on Feb 3rd to remember Janet and share all of our fond memories. Afterwards we are having a small remembrance at The Canbury Arms, Kingston from 1.30-2.30pm in a private room upstairs. Mum has stated a preference for no flowers on the day but would ask those who could, to make a small donation instead to Princess Alice who looked after her so well during her illness.
