On 29th December 2019, peacefully at her home in Mirfield, following an illness borne with great humour, dignity and courage, aged 46 years, Rachel, much loved mum of Annabelle, Kian, Eire and Stevie, beloved daughter of Pat and the late Tony, a very dear mother-in-law and cherished grandma, also a dear sister, sister-in-law auntie.

Funeral service will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Friday 24th January 2020 at 12.30pm. Friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Rachel may be placed in the collection box provided or sent to George Brooke Ltd, Funeral Directors, for the benefit of the Fridge Fund at Pinderfields Hospital and the Rosewood Centre at DDH.
