Retired Superintendent of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary passed away suddenly on 27th December 2019, aged 84 years. Frank was a devoted and adored husband of Marjorie for 63 years, caring and much loved father of Chris, Kevin (deceased), Jaqueline (deceased), Andrew and Nicola, grandad of Alex and Brooklyn, father-in-law of Sam, Vicki and Grant and step-grandad of Daisy and Poppy. Frank will be sadly missed by his family and everyone who knew him. Funeral service to be held on Friday 24th January at 11:30 at St Peter's Chapel, Exeter & Devon Crematorium. Family flowers only please, but donations in Franks's memory to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity would be very welcome by retiring collection or sent to: Peter Frank Turl Funeral Directors, 16 Victoria Road, Topsham EX3 0EU
