In loving memory of a wonderful Mum to Helen, Jonathan and Alison, and wife of the late George Hall, who passed away peacefully after a short illness at home on 11th December 2019.

There will be a Committal service at Poole Crematorium on Thursday 2nd January 2020 at 1pm followed by a Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate Evelyn’s life at Verwood Methodist Church at 2pm. Refreshments will be served afterwards in the Church Hall. All are welcome.

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in – the family will not be wearing black as this will be a celebration of Evelyn’s long and wonderful life.

We have arranged family flowers. If you wish to donate in some way, donations will be gratefully received for ‘The Vision 2020’ Verwood Methodist Church and community fund. To find out more about church life, visit the Verwood Methodist Church website at https://www.verwoodmethodistchurch.org.uk/vision2020.htm You can donate at the Thanksgiving Service or you can send these directly to Nicholas O’Hara Funeral Director, 5 The Old Pottery, Manor Way, Verwood, Dorset BH31 6HF. Auntie Evelyn was one in a million. I will always remember her warmth, kindness and hospitality. Together with my Uncle George they lived for other people, and set a great example for others to follow. Fond memories indeed. Love and miss you, Andrew XX

So pleased that i managed to see my dear auntie Evelyn a few months ago. She was always our favourite aunt and we loved going to see her and her family. Will cherish my memories and will not forget her kindness and family spirit
