In loving memory of Lisa Suzanne Adams who sadly passed away on 6th December 2019 after a 2 year battle with Cancer, aged 51. She was a wonderful soul both in and out and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Lisa's wish, rather than flowers, was to have donations made to the wonderful and magnificent St. Christopher's Hospice who cared for her at the end of her life .
