In loving memory of Stanley "Stan" Clark who sadly passed away on 28th October 2019

Stan was devoted family man who loved his wife, and family, a man who always put family first. An engineer who always loved to solve problems, his lovely character, wit and charm made him the perfect sales man. A keen golfer who played the game for over 5 decades meeting some wonderful people (friends) along the way and winning many trophies.

Stan had a passion for gardening, loved his plants and flowers, and was meticulous about his lovely lush lawn.

A fighter who overcame cancer twice and who always looked adversity straight in the eye without fear. Cancer research is a charitable cause that was close to Stan's heart, and he would like you all to give what ever you can afford to support this important cause.

Thank you!

The Clark Family

PS: If you are attending the Service it was Stan's wishes that colourful attire is worn.

With nearly 50 years of friendship with Stan & Joan, we have so many happy memories of fun and laughter on holidays and parties, who ever would have thought you could do a BBQ on Xmas Day! Besides golf, we also remember Stan being a very good dart player and had many trophies to show for it. We will miss Stan very much and send our love to all the family. Sue & Alan

We first met dear young Stan 45years ago. He never changed, always a delightful man. We will miss his “You guys” and “Lovely Jubelly”. We fondly remember him, with the lovely Joan, at our 40th wedding anniversary party at the restaurant on Kemble airfield, when he arrived followed closely by the airfield fireman telling him off for nearly driving onto the runway!! Many wonderful memories.
Our fondest love to all the family at this very sad time, we are so sorry we cannot be with you. xxxxxxx
