In loving memory of Tracey Medhurst who sadly passed away on 11th October 2019. The funeral service will be held at The Oaks, Havant Crematorium, Barton Road, Havant, PO9 5NA on Friday 1st November 2019 at 3.15p.m. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, to The Rowans Hospice can be made on this Just Giving page, placed in the Donations Box on the flower terrace following the service, or sent c/o Lee Fletcher Funeral Services, 95 High Street, Cosham, Portsmouth, PO6 3AZ .
