I worked with Jackie for 7 years. She had very high standards and was strict but kind.

Jackie was always prepared to go the extra mile.

She will be greatly missed.

My condolences go out to her family and close friends.

With deepest sympathy,

Dr Anne Raynal

I may have only known Jackie just over 11 years but in that time we became close friends and she looked out for me like a second mum. I have never seen such bravery and such a strong will to live as Jackie had in this last year always saying "I'm not going anywhere" . She was determined to see her latest grandchild born and spend as much time with her family as possible and she did this. I will miss you Jackie, your love, support, friendship. You were an incredibly brave and special lady.

You came into my life in 2008 and we quickly became friends. As the years went by we looked out for each other and I couldn't have survived without you. You became like a second mum. In the last few years you showed incredible strength, bravery and determination and seeing the love on your face as you held your newest grandchild is a memory I will never forget. I know you didn't want to go and we didn't want you to but I am glad you are out of pain and I like to think that you are still hopefully watching over us. Sweet dreams.
