In loving memory of Jim (James) Joseph Warren who sadly passed away on 13th October 2019 at the age of 65.

Jim was born in lambeth and grew up in Norbury. He attended Norbury Manor School before moving to stockwell. He has 3 sisters anne Lynne and carol and 1 brother colin.

He loved football dearly and was a big crystal palace fan and attended many games over the years

Jim was all about family. They meant everything to him. He loved his wife anne very much, following meeting many years ago in a pub close to where she grew up in Warlingham. They got married in September 1976 and had 3 children Jamie hayley and Robert.

For most of Jim's working life he was a bus driver after starting off as a conductor. He enjoyed driving very much and loved his job.
A very hardworking man who would do anything for anyone.. He was someone you could always count on when you needed him..

In Jim's spare time he loved gardening, Painting and decorating, playing pool and darts and loved a nice jd or southern comfort at family gatherings.
He also liked to collect old coins and attended many bootsales to add to his collection.
He loved the beach, Brighton being bis favourite due to the many penny and slot machines in the arcades on the pier. He also occasionally liked to go fishing.

He doted on his grandchildren.. they meant everything to him..
First came Tom, then Amy followed by Chloe and Lucy.. he then became a great grandad when lydia arrived.. most recently grandad to Amelia-Rose and Olivia-Mae..

Jim always said he had an extra son and daughter with his son in law Darren and daughter in law Helen who he loved like they were his own.

Dad we miss you more than anything. I still can’t believe your gone and I know the day you passed a part of me went with you.
You are my role model and my hero and made me who I am today.
You will live on with all of us and I couldn’t be prouder to call you my Dad.
I love you and hope your smiling looking down on us as your living through me, Helen and the girls every day. Until we meet again. Take care and rest in peace. x

Fondest memory of Jim and Anne visiting Brighton Hospital to see me when Jessica was born at 3lbs. His fondness of her always showed through the years. His sense of humour shined through. He loved his jokes and pulling my leg. Just sorry we never had that game of squash ha ha!! Rest in peace xx 💕
