Ray Morum donated in memory of Douglas

I was a colleague of Doug at Barking College where we both taught bakery subjects. I remember Doug as a kind, generous and helpful person who was never happier than when with his hands were in bread dough or cake mixes. He was a skilful cake decorator and had a great rapport with his students whether they were 15 or 65. Doug had a keen sense of fun and it was a privilege to have known and worked with him. Rest in Peace
