Suddenly on 21st September, Jordan, aged 25 years. Precious son of Lisa and Spencer, adored brother of Damian, Liam, Jacob and Sam, much loved grandson of Audrey and the late Brian and Kelvin and the late Gill, also a cherished nephew and cousin, deeply missed by Jodie and family.
Funeral Wednesday 16th October 2.30pm service at Swansea Crematorium. Family flowers only Donations if so desired to MIND c/o D.G Attwell Funeral Directors 95 Eaton Road, Brynhyfryd, Swansea SA5 9JH
