In loving memory of Thomas Malachy Toner who sadly passed away on 29th September 2019
Tom was born in Draperstown, Co. Derry. He first moved to England as a young man and went to work with his brother Jimmy in Manchester. He travelled to many towns looking for work. Finally settling in Nottingham. He started a family, but Sadly became estranged from them. However he has left two lovely sons, seven wonderful Grandchildren and beautiful greatgrandchildren.
Tom enjoyed a drink (or ten) a sing song and a good laugh. He was quick to anger but forgot it just as quickly. He showed a tough demeanor, which hid a soft heart. He spent his last years at Park House nursing home. He battled Cancer and dementia. Thankfully he didn't suffer too much pain. He will be sorely missed by Many. There will be a funeral Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Succour in Bulwell at 12 pm. Then onto Bramcote Crematorium. Then all family and friends are welcome to refreshments at the Headstocks pub. Bagnall rd. NG6 8SF. Letting us know you are attending would be very helpful to us.
Rest in Peace, Tom .
