In loving memory of Daveinia Wendy Ammon who sadly passed away on 26th August 2019 at Pinderfields Hospital, aged 42 years.
Funeral service will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium on Tuesday 17th September 2019 at 2pm. Friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Daveinia may be placed in the collection box provided by the Funeral Directors George Brooke Ltd, for the benefit of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The family have asked for people to wear bright/neon clothes if possible.
