To a fantastic charachter who will be missed by so many people. I will never forget the school fete a few years ago with myself and Amanda staggering and dancing around. I think I will blame the Pimms (lots of!) or maybe thats just me and Amanda being normal - nah it was the half price Pimms that did it in the end, or maybe you were egging us on a bit !! I will always be there for Amanda and Amber. Love to you always. Lizi xx (Andy, Dan n Libs send their love too) xx

So many lovely memories of a truly great friend. Fun and Laughter shared on numerous occasions. Annabel has such fond memories as a small child on sleep overs with Amber. She loved Steve like a second father and had a ball when he used to take Amber and herself to town with him. As a family we will always cherish the times we had together, and last year our weekend in Centre Parcs. Steve's face was a picture when Annabel was soaked in the fountain on the lake in a small pedlo boat with Alan and Amber. She was not a happy bunny!! The saying a mouth full of wasps very much came to mind! She stropped off and bless her we did all have a giggle. She came round after a short time and all was well. A great weekend all round was had! Steve will be missed so much by us all, and will forever be in our thoughts and prayers. A kind, special, genuine man who truly was a one off that's for sure!! With all our love and special hugs to you Steve, always. Alan, Joanne, Bonita, Annabel and not forgetting Star's friend Hugo the dog XXXXXXXX

To a special person who was a big part of my life. You could fill a room with laughter. Now you are with your Dad, Pop, Nanny and John. So have a drink for me and when my time comes, I'll have a vodka and bitter lemon please. I will miss you.x

Our dear Steve, we miss you so much and we will never forget the kindness and enormous fun that you brought into our lives since we moved down to Essex 10 years ago. Going to the pub without our great friend will never, never be the same again! Love ya fella.

Steve, you were a good friend as well as a colleague. Many days and nights will live long in the memory, although some of them are blurred. Remember the chips, we do not want them soggy! I will miss you my lieutenant and I raise a glass to you. Sleep well my friend.
