They say no one lives forever, but I believe good people do, as they are kept alive in our hearts and minds, we talk about them daily. Remembering the laughter, joy and good times spent with them. Jon will always be one of those good people. I am relieved he is no longer suffering and I know he will be watching over his lovely daughters keeping them safe, Gail I wish you had more time with him my thoughts are with you, Lauren, Jessica and all of Jon’s family. Love you treacle YNWA 💋

Everyone that met Jon was a better person for it. He had the purest, most kind, loving spirit of all of us. I’m so thankful to have been his friend and in his honor I will only smile and think of him singing Pet Shop Boys playing his tennis racket guitar. ❤️

Such a lovely man was Jon always had big cheeky smile whenever I saw him. Thanks for being such a good friend to my brother Steve and always being there for him over the years. We have all lost a truly lovely man. Xxx

I hadn’t seen Jon for a few years after working with him for many at UBS- He was always such a lovely person whose cheeky smile and sense of humour lit up the place. I contacted him last year when I learned he was unwell and during the last few times I sent prayers and well-wishes to him he was still funny, warm and upbeat, and more worried about the impact on his loved ones despite all he was going through. I wish I had got to see him before he passed away. I will be there on the celebration of his life day to raise a glass for him and the wonderful person he was. You’ll Never Walk Alone JP x
