In loving memory of Glenn Anthony Grace who sadly passed away on 11th July 2019, Glenn passed away after a courageous fight against cancer, his fight however was only a small part of who he was, he was the bravest, kindest and most generous man.

Glenn was a loving Husband to Yvonne and a proud father to his three sons, Ashley, Jordan and Tom, and a supportive grandad to Arabella and Lily. The Grace Family have always been close, Glenn always put his family first, especially his wife Yvonne she was his world. He will be forever loved by his Mother Yvonne and his sisters Mandy and Melonie.

Glenn was a provider and put his family first, he was the only man who could live with £10 a week pocket money, but to him this was just enough. He loved his football and Saints are the team, every time they won he would share his glee.

Glenn will be remembered for his long career, he was a specialist in his field, his long career with Scania where he spent 29 years, work was his life, his children will remember this when being loaded into the car at 3am to go to call-outs when Yvonne was at work, this was dedication his family all felt at times we all worked for Scania too, especially at 3am.

Glenn you will never be forgotten, but remembered for your dry witty sense of humour. Glenn you will truly be missed, things will not be the same without you, who will turn all the lights off and mow the lawn?

Hi Glenn me old mate,
You were an absolute pleasure to have worked with and even played football with in the early years at Scania.
You made the scariest first impression sitting in the warehouse with a loud voice bellowing “you had your lunch ?” , I only wanted some parts.
But once you got past that you got to find what a great guy and friend you were to be.
You made the 16 years I knew you memorable and I will miss you greatly.
With love mate - Chris

Hey Glen,
I’m so glad I met you, although our acquaintance wasn't long,
You have made a big impact on me, so I thank you.
Your friendship and support meant the world to me; I just wanted you to know that.
Your straight talking, your volume, your commitment, your enthusiasm was always there, and we had the same love for football a great team player!
You will live long in all our hearts and memories.
You are at piece now, sleep well mate.
Love and best wishes, Horace

My dear Husband..
It’s 4am in the morning and I can’t sleep, been thinking about you loads today, this should never have happened, the memories keep flowing and my tears soon turn into laughter when I think of the things you used to say and do. Luna has taken your place in the bed tonight so I am back to having not a lot of room, hope your sleeping peacefully and having fun up there with your Dad and throwing Uncle Ron on your shoulder again , miss you so much

I have known Glen for 26 years working together at Scania .On My first week he made me cry (which I never let him forget ) he shouted at me for putting a call through to him.But after that week he became the best friend anyone could have
Every morning before we started work we would have a coffee and put the world to rights He was there through the good and bad times even when he was ill he would give me advice never judged just there with love and support
Apart from when I bought my KIA at which he took the P***out of me everyday ref air conditioning
I will always have loads of memories to many to say of you my best friend and I will never forget you
No more pain now
