James Ernest Holmes (14 Apr 1931 - 6 Jul 2019)

In loving memory of James Ernest Holmes who sadly passed away on 6th July 2019.

I'm sure most peoples memory of dad was of a person who had an opinion on most things right or wrong.
As a dad he was the best any son could have , not that we did not have a few disagreements. He would take me to work when young to earn my pocket money on a building site. Always learning the value of something.

He was a painter by trade but always wanted to be a carpenter something of a regret in his life but he turned out some very nice items for us and the Lodges.

Charity - he supported the Masonic trust for boys and Girls , the EAAA (Car ambulance)

Spent many hours on our boats at sea and on the broads a keep sailor and restorer of local WOD's
