On 27th June 2019, peacefully at Nazareth House, fortified by the Rites of holy mother Church, aged 91 years RIP and of Prestwich. The much loved and devoted wife of the late Kevin, a cherished mother of Brenda and Pauline, mother-in-law of Ray and Ronnie, grandmother of Sarah and Kieran, Matthew and Vicky and GG of Evie Mai. A Requiem Mass will be offered at Our Lady of Grace Church on Thursday 4th July at 12noon followed by interment at Bury Cemetery. Family flowers only please; donations if desired for the benefit of UNICEF. Auntie Eileen, our favourite aunt , was with us a lot when we were very young and even when she moved to Dublin we used to look forward to her visits -there were always sweets and gifts . In later life we maintained contact with her and Kevin, and were always welcome visitors to their home.From time to time when she was unwell she always said ,`I`m allright` so we were very shocked to hear the sad news. We will miss and fondly remenber her- may she rest in Peace.
