Barbara Bartle (22 Mar 1931 - 19 May 2019)

In Loving memory of Barbara Lynwood Bartle, aged 88 years, who passed away at Tremethick House, Care Home Redruth Cornwall on 19th May 2019. Mother to Sue, mother-in-law to Derek Harris and wife to Alfred (deceased).
Mum was born in 1931 in Camborne Cornwall, she was 8 years old when WWII broke out. she attended Roskear school in Camborne, Mum's favorite lesson was drawing and painting. After leaving school mum worked in Retail, then at a family wedding she met her future Husband Alfred and it was love at first sight. They were married in June 1949 and lived locally close to the rest of the family. Mum gave birth to me in 1955 and stayed at home to raise me then went back to work after I left school. Mum was left a widow in 1994 after my dad had a long illness, unfortunately in 2017 mum became ill and went into Hospital then into Tremethick Care Home where she received wonderful care until she passed away. Mum was always so loving and caring and was a wonderful mum to both me and Derek. Both mum and my dad will always be in our Hearts and we miss them both so much.
