In loving memory of Patricia Buck who sadly passed away on 26th April 2019.

Known to her close ones as Pat, she had a great sense of humour and was often giggling and finding the funny side about something. She loved going out for days out to the coast, shopping and picking up a bargain and visiting tea rooms.

Pat also loved to travel and see new places. One of her favourite places was Venice and she tried to visit every year either with her husband Ken or friends.

She had been married to Ken for nearly 38 years and loved spending time in his company more than anything.

She had two children and three grandchildren. She thought the world of her grandchildren and used to help look after them and take them for days out often prior to be ill.

She helped arrange a Macmillan tea party 1940s style and arranged the vintage crockery, raffle and everyone had a lovely time fundraising for a good cause.

She had big holidays to New York and New Zealand with her sister Linda.

She had close friends who she had known for years and had many occasions laughing with them. They all have funny stories to tell about Pat.

We all miss her so much.

I have so many lovely memories of Pat whilst growing up. Her and my mum giggling together and our family holidays that still make me smile.
I’ll never forget her laugh, when she laughed so did everyone else.

Pat has been our friend for over 47 years and a dear friend to our children too. She was always the same and we will miss her dearly, especially her sense of humour. When Pat laughed, she really laughed. Pat loved her family very much and would often make us laugh with stories of things her grandchildren had said and done. A lovely lady. R.I.P.

My fondest earliest memory of my aunt Pat is when she bought me an art box for Christmas. It was my first time of having a pair of “real” scissors of my own. As a grow older I had great fun attending spiritual events with Pat, Michelle and my (in spiritual matters) reluctant mother. I shall miss having someone else in the family who was also interested in spiritual matters as much as I am. However, I know Pat will be having fun finding out what goes on behind the veil and catching up with mum and granddad again.

Mum, we all can't believe you are gone and that we will never hear you laugh and giggle again. We all miss you so much already but will always keep you in our heart's and remember the times you made us smile.

  • I will miss your mum very much too. x My fondest earliest memory of your mum is when she bought me an art box for Christmas. It was my first time of having a pair of “real” scissors of my own. I hope your mum is having fun catching up my mum, granddad, nanny and other relatives with the latest family gossip they may have missed out on.
