Kim Hart who sadly passed away on Tuesday 26th March 2019, aged 52. Kim was a very loving mother and nanny, who's battle with a long episode of ill health unfortunately ended. She remained happy and loving throughout and will always be remembered for her kind and humorous nature. Mum suffered with progressive MS and we would therefore like to welcome donations rather than flowers for the MS Society. R.I.P Mum

To my lovely best friend Steven and your sister Natalie (and tribe),
I was so very sorry to hear of your lovely mums passing. Thinking of her christmas grotto and how she seemed to know where everywhere was without looking at a map make me smile! I know you have so many wonderful memories and that really youll miss her blowing up your phone all the time! Be there for each other, take care and my warmest wishes to you all. Youre making her proud!

I was devastated when I heard you had passed, you were such a kind hearted lady.
I only knew you for a number of years through your wonderful son Steven, but whenever I did visit with him you were always so kind and welcoming.
Another one taken far too soon, heaven needed another angel.
I hope your at rest and peace now and free from any pain.
Such a lovely lady.

I didn’t know Kim for very long before she passed, but when I had spent time with her, she was the most lovely, welcoming and kind hearted person anyone could ever meet. You left us too soon Kim and you will always be in my memory. X
