In loving memory of Leonard Albert Hemens who sadly passed away on 8th March 2019 aged 85 years.
Funeral service will be at Charing Crematorium on Monday 1st April 2019 at 12.00 noon.

I was in my garden this morning looking around and enjoying the sunshine when I came across my little patch of lily of the valley. They were in bud ready to bloom and I was immediately transported back to May last year when I picked a little posy of the sweet smelling flowers for Len on his birthday. He was delighted saying he liked lily of the valley as it was his mother’s favourite flower. I shall always be reminded of my lovely old neighbour Len each year when they come into bloom. It was a privilege to have had Len and Sylvia living next door to us on the Isle of Wight and we have many happy memories of them.
Rest in peace Len.
